Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on the fv7 platform. By accessing or using fv7, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between fv7 ("fv7", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (the "Player", "you", or "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service available at fv7.onl (the "Platform"). By creating an account on fv7 or by continuing to use the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your fv7 account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
fv7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, fv7 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically and remain aware of any changes.
Binding Agreement
Using fv7 in any capacity constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Terms May Update
fv7 may revise these terms at any time. Continued use equals acceptance of the current version.
Bangladesh Market
fv7 serves players across Bangladesh. All monetary values on this platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Governing Language
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any dispute, the English-language version is the definitive version.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register an account with fv7, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. fv7 is strictly an adult platform. Players who are under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any way.
- You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with fv7 or any affiliated platform, nor subject to any account restriction or suspension that fv7 has communicated to you.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.
- You must not already hold an existing fv7 account. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through another person — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
fv7 may, at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds at any stage of your membership. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard platform requirement and must be completed to the satisfaction of fv7 before any withdrawal can be processed. Failure or refusal to complete KYC will result in a suspension of withdrawal functionality until the required documentation is provided.
3. Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fv7 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) associated with two-factor authentication. fv7 will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password or OTP code. Any person, website, or service claiming to be fv7 and requesting your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
All activity carried out from your fv7 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and games played — is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you personally. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your consent, you must notify fv7 immediately by contacting support. fv7 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but cannot be held liable for losses sustained prior to receiving that notification.
fv7 employs SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption across the entire Platform and supports OTP-based two-factor authentication to provide an additional layer of security. You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication on your account and to use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.

Never share your login credentials or OTP with anyone. fv7 staff will never ask for your password. Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings for maximum protection of your balance and personal data.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
fv7 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select major bank cards including Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and fv7 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment channels without prior notice.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your fv7 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. fv7 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees imposed by your chosen payment method.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the fv7 support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending compliance review on the account. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 to 48 hours of the request being submitted, though this may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
fv7 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited. Where a withdrawal request is found to be associated with suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, fv7 may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
All account balances on fv7 are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fv7 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits made in foreign currencies are automatically converted at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
fv7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform.
The following general conditions apply to all fv7 promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:
- Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may be restricted by Player location, account history, or payment method used.
- Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the combined deposit and bonus amount.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- fv7 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time, and to void any bonus awarded as a result of a technical error, exploitation of a software vulnerability, or any activity that fv7 reasonably considers to be bonus abuse.
- Where fv7 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent — fv7 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the account.
Welcome Bonus — Up to ৳20,000

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the fv7 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a bet.
All game outcomes on the fv7 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. fv7 does not manipulate game outcomes, alter return-to-player (RTP) percentages, or engage in any practice that would give fv7 an advantage beyond the standard house edge published by the game studio. fv7 partners exclusively with game providers who undergo independent fairness testing and certification.
Sports betting markets offered by fv7 — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between published odds and the actual settlement of a market, fv7 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fv7 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human use.
- Exploiting software glitches, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method intended to conceal your true location or identity.
Certified RNG

Sports Betting Rules
All cricket and sports markets are governed by published sportsbook rules. Disputes are settled per the applicable rules.
No Bots or Exploits

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

No content from the fv7 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of fv7.
Game content displayed on the fv7 Platform — including slot game artwork, live studio feeds, and game mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) and is made available to Players through fv7 under valid licensing agreements with those studios. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fv7 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
fv7 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fv7 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, fv7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. fv7 shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or delayed game results caused by factors outside fv7's reasonable control.
fv7's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's fv7 account at the time the relevant incident occurred, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser amount.
fv7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, regardless of whether fv7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit fv7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Platform Availability
fv7 targets 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible. Players are advised not to place time-critical bets during announced maintenance periods.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
fv7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fv7 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Player is under 21 years of age or has provided false age or identity information during registration.
- The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or any activity that fv7 reasonably considers detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
- The Player's account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or request from a competent authority.
- The Player has requested self-exclusion and fv7 is processing that request.
Where an account is closed by fv7 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to any applicable compliance holds.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting fv7 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after standard KYC and compliance checks are completed.
11. Privacy, Data & Governing Law
fv7's collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the fv7 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the fv7 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be reviewed at any time via the footer link on every page of the Platform.
fv7 collects and processes personal data to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, comply with KYC obligations, prevent fraud, and fulfil any applicable legal requirements. fv7 does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing fv7's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the fv7 complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to fv7's operating entity.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Complaints & Contact Information
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the fv7 Platform — including a disputed game result, a payment issue, or a concern about how your account has been handled — fv7 encourages you to submit your complaint in writing to the fv7 support team. fv7 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
